Implementation & Onboarding Specialist / Account Manager

We’re looking for talented and motivated people to expand our Client Service Delivery Team at Cloud8 as we take our established and highly successful product to the next stage.  We provide a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible and happy working environment, with huge scope to learn and develop your skills.

This role focuses on managing clients through the lifetime of their relationship with Cloud 8 from implementation to ongoing relationship management, including comprehensive onboarding (taking the customer through the account setup process and training them to be self-sufficient), while troubleshooting any technical issues or needs that are identified along the way.

About you

To be considered for the role you’ll have a minimum of 2+ years of SaaS account management or customer success experience, or equivalent employee benefits industry experience, and proven success in growing existing accounts and relationships.
